We need someone who can navigate the maze of lending workflows and bridge the gap between complex credit scenarios and our innovative tech solutions. If you geek out over financial risk and get excited about AI-driven insights, you might be the superstar we're seeking!
The Role:
- 🧠 Serve as our go-to guru for all things underwriting and portfolio management
- 🤝 Collaborate with our tech wizards to turn lending industry needs into awesome product features
- 🔍 Guide the development of our Continuous Risk Analysis™ capabilities
- 👥 Work closely with clients to uncover their pain points and dreams
- 🗺️ Help chart our product strategy and roadmap
- 🌟 Play a key role in customer success, ensuring our clients are thriving with our solution
- 💼 Support business development and sales efforts with your industry expertise
- 🛠️ Drive product innovation, bringing your real-world lending experience to our drawing board
- 8+ years of experience in underwriting and/or portfolio management (complex credit scenarios are your jam!)
- Commercial lending expert, especially when it comes to the tricky stuff
- Master of lending workflows from start to finish
- Risk assessment ninja with a toolkit of methodologies
- Financial statement analysis and risk monitoring guru
- Up-to-date on all the regulatory hoops lenders need to jump through
- Excellent communicator - you can make complex finance sound simple
- Tech-savvy and excited about AI and machine learning in finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA? Even cooler!)
